We wish to appoint, for a September start, a professional and proactive School Secretary to provide excellent administrative and secretarial support to the Pre-Prep Head and teaching staff.  Actively managing and coordinating diary commitments and ensuring the efficient running of the Pre-Prep School office and providing a warm welcome to the pupils, parents and visitors to the School will be integral to this interesting, demanding and rewarding role. 

This varied and interesting role also involves the postholder ensuring the smooth running of the School, being the first point of contact for all visitors to the school and all telephone enquiries, as well as undertaking a range of routine administrative tasks to provide effective support to colleagues. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility in their approach to the work they carry out, be organised, and it is essential that the postholder possess strong IT skills. 

A full induction, supportive line management and training opportunities will be provided.  As well as free car parking, refreshments and lunch. This role will be worked Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (4pm Friday), for 39 weeks of the year.  The salary will be enhanced by the School’s generous staff benefits package.

Annual Salary £23,280

Actual Annual Salary £16,690 including holiday pay

We wish to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide effective and caring support on a 1:1 basis for a named pupil.

The position will be based in our Senior School and the expected hours of work will be from 8.45am until 4pm (33.75 hours per week) Monday to Friday.  This role will have a daily half hour unpaid lunch break and the contract will be for 36 weeks per year. 

The successful candidate will be guided by our experienced SENCo and Class Teachers within the Senior School and will be provided with a full induction and supportive line management. The postholder will be required to work collaboratively to enable the pupil to achieve their potential and for their specific needs to be met.

We wish to appoint flexible and efficient cleaners to join our friendly team. The role is for a minimum of 15 hours per week to be worked across 36 weeks per year (term time only).  The hours of work are 4pm – 7pm, with an option to work until 9pm, Monday to Friday, however we are happy to discuss a flexible working pattern with the successful candidate.

You will be based at our North Road site, and we offer a competitive salary plus holiday pay and free parking.  Full training and a uniform will be provided.
