Will's Non Ten Tors Challenge!

After really enjoying the 35 mile Ten Tors event in 2019, Will Burwell in Year 12 was looking forward to taking part in the 45 mile course this year. Sadly the 2021 Ten Tors event is cancelled due to COVID, however, that’s not stopping Will!  Instead, he has decided to set himself a 45 mile course to run over 2 days in May 2021, carrying all his kit and sleeping in the great outdoors.

A member of the KES CCF, Will be undertaking his challenge on behalf of two charities that are important to him: The Gurkha Welfare Trust, as he finds the loyalty and skill of these soldiers truly inspiring, and Scotty's Little Soldiers, which supports bereaved children of service people and is the charity linked to KES Bath CCF.
